Zalagh Kasbah Hotel & Spa, Marrakesh

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the reception area was quite appealing, the rooms needed some attention. I switched rooms three times, but I did end up in a good one in the end. The spa facilities were fantastic, but the dining options could use improvement, especially the lunch menu. Overall, the experience was mixed, with a few bright spots and some significant letdowns.

The hotel had its positive aspects, such as spacious public areas and lovely decoration, but also faced significant issues like slow check-in and recurring room problems. While the pool area was nice, the overall dining experience and gym facilities left much to be desired. Overall, it felt more like a budget option with inconsistencies in service and comfort.

My stay at the Zalagh Kasbah Hotel and Spa was mostly positive with helpful staff who were always ready to accommodate our needs. The entertainment and activities were excellent for a fun trip, though the hotel experience overall could use some improvements in aspects like amenities and food quality.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the pools were lovely and the food was decent, there were significant issues with our room and the overall service. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and several issues arose during our stay that took too long to resolve. If I return to Marrakech, I think I would opt for a Riad instead.
